Born and raised in Germany, Dana developed a passion for languages and different cultures from an early age, which she has been pursuing ever since. Being of a restless nature, she has lived, traveled and worked in numerous countries since finishing school, such as the USA, France, and the Azores, before following Sean back to England. As a result, she is multi-lingual and never stops extending her language skills, hoping to - one day soon - be fluent in five languages. A career in international tourism with a specialisation in adventure travel was a natural decision, because it allows her to combine not only the use of all her languages and working with people of different nationalities, but also to discover the world in an adventurous, active way, as you can see in her and Sean's tales about their time in the Azores. |

Having worked and travelled in Australia and New Zealand at an early age,
a passion for travel, adventure and environmental issues were founded. This
has been extended over the years through further travel, various courses (MA, Bsc)
and outdoor activity and educational qualifications, and jobs in the Adventure activity, education and tourism arenas. Recently Sean became a Reiki Master Practitioner and Teacher and is using the range of experiences, knowledge and passions for island destinations, adventure and environmental issues.
